your past due accounts before sending them over to a full service collection agency. Our

The benefits are clear, using our service allows you to keep

A letter is sent on our letterhead to the debtor with a notice stating
their account is delinquent and they should contact you to work out
payment arrangements. We ask the postal service to return (not forward)
all returned mail back to us. Should your letter be returned to us with
an address issue we will correct the address to the addressee provided by the
postal service and resend another letter at no charge to you. You will
also be able to view all corrected addresses from your account on-line.

services we put an 809 Memorandum on all correspondences sent to a debtor.
This practice is very effective in getting there attention, not to mention
it's required by federal law. We are always polite and courteous in our
notices and place your contact information on all correspondences with
instructions to the debtor to send all correspondence, and payments directly to you.
In Addition, you can view and print a copy of every letter sent and should
you use our certified service you can track that letter as-well. It is
true we don't sell packages of multiple letters, however, we do allow you to
send more than one letter depending on how aggressive you need to be in the
collection of your account[s].
